GitHub Integration Organization Link Not Working

Hello,

I am setting up a new project in Jira and I am trying to add an organization and repository. I have successfully linked the organization and is the only organization showing in the GitHub configuration page. However when I try and link the repository, it does not show up and even stranger is that when I try and create a new repo from the pop up box, it creates it in an organization I don't even have linked anymore.

Anyone got any ideas what might be happening?
