Getting an error like this while trying to create an issue ?
I have recently migrated to jira cloud .
I’m guessing that 1) you have a custom field called “STT-approver” and 2) there is a user listed in that filed context that is not an active user. Does this sound possible? Can you check the context of this field - admin > issues > custom fields , also check the user management area to see the status/existence of the user illustrating the problem.
