Hi Community,
I have set up Automation rule to notify Issues due with in next 3days and issues due with past due dates, This rule is executes every day at given time and assignee gets notification every day. here there is no issues due for next 3days and past due dates still user(assignee) gets blank mails. could please help me how to control this blank mails.

Have you included conditions / rule logic to stop processing when there are no issues to send in the email?

step2: then: create a variable
step3: And: lookup issues
step4: branch
for each: smart value
then: lookup issues
And: send email

You could then add an advanced compare condition after the lookup issues action, and only proceed if issues are found:
