I have set up Automation rule to notify Issues due with in next 3days and issues due with past due dates, This rule is executes every day at given time and assignee gets notification every day. here there is no issues due for next 3days and past due dates still user(assignee) gets blank mails. could please help me how to control this blank mails.
Please show an image of your complete automation rule, including images of relevant actions/branches/conditions, and of the audit log details showing the rule execution. Those will provide context for the community to offer ideas. Thanks!
Until we see those...
