Can the Jira issue comments be automatically updated whenever there is a mail conversation for the JIRA issue in the outlook? Since mostly the ticket updates been followed up thru email, we would like to add those email comments, or attach that mail in JIRA issue. Please do provide me the steps to perform the same. Thanks!

Nonetheless, your ask is about an automated mail in terms of, let's say, a due date reminder for your team.
This is where filter subscriptions come in handy.
