In Jira instead of using different gadgets Is there a way to extract the consolidated report for a project instead of individual items?

Its depends on the report which you wanted to consolidate. If the report which you are looking for full fill by using single report or gadget then you can configure it using report or that specific gadget instead of different gadget.

 

If not then you can try with some third party reporting plugin

In a single dashboard, you can add multiple gadgets so that project teams can view all in one page.
