Hello,

The gadget will display information only about the issues created within the time period, matching the filter or project you selected in the gadget configuration.

It will show the issues in bars based on the date they were created.

The bars will show red for each issue that is currently unresolved, and green for each issue that is currently resolved.

Issue that are currently resolved but were not created within the time period of the gadget will not be included.

To be considered "resolved" the issue must have a value in its Resolution field. You can see that value displayed next to the Status of an issue, if the Resolution field is set.

It does not matter what the Status of the issue is. It only matters if the Resolution field is set.

This issue is resolved.

Gadget `Recently created chart` is not picking up completed cards

Hello community,

I am facing an issue with the: newly created chart gadget. I configured a query to capture the demands added to the new project and created this graph to visualize the relationship between created and resolved. However, the graph is showing all activities still in the "created" status and is not counting closed demands, even though there are several already completed.

Furthermore, all columns in the chart are displayed in red, without showing the activities delivered in green. Am I missing some important configuration?
