Hello @Siva Vemula  Welcome to the community.

As per the atlassian documentation:

If all the Jira Cloud products on your site are on a Free plan, your Jira Cloud products will be deactivated after 120 days of inactivity. If any Jira Cloud product on your site is on a paid plan, this doesn't apply to that site.Jan 26, 2023

If I am active as mentioned in the link you shared either by login, checking dashboards it will keep extending the time of free trail or after 120days I should pay for it. This is what its showing on screen. 7 days left .

For a Standard Plan the trial period is 14 days. If you wish to continue the plan you should pay as per the Jira Pricing. Or instead you can revert back to free plan where you can use it for as long as you want to. Just make sure to not be inactive for 120days.

Thank you this helps. One question, how many users I can have on Free plan which I can use for 120days or more, if I am active. is it only 10users in Free plan> What if I have more team members and want to continue of free plan?

More than 10 members means you need to plan for a standard plan. I don't think we can have more than 10 users in a free plan. I need to confirm!

@Sanjog Sigdel  that would be great if you confirm. If it is more than 10users I cant use Free plan and I should go for Standard plan but that is only for 14days , which means I should pay as per JIRA pricing. Kindly confirm the users for free plan. Thank you.

Hi,

In free version of Jira the limit is 10users. Is this for each project in Free version or over all 10 users for one account ?
