So Jira just rollout an extremely awesome feature called "forms" but I only see it for jira service management. Will this be available for Jira Software?
@Gomez, Daniel There has not been anything announced and there is not anything on Atlassian's cloud roadmap. https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/cloud
So the answer currently is no. Something to remember is that the forms product comes from Atlassian's acquisition of the Proforma app which on server, DC and cloud has only been available in Jira service management.

The best answer I can give you is maybe. As a data center user I always get jealous of the fact that cloud users get cool tools first, but we eventually get are hands on those features.
Take a look at this link it will show you the Cloud roadmap. Here is another useful link and within that article they mention Feature and improvement suggestions where you may have to put in a feature request.
