Following a ticket

Hello guy's,

On my compagny we have a url used to make create and follow a ticket without account. But when we tape the number of the ticket we found nothing.

I searched everywhere on the panel... :S

Hey there Abdelhamid, I'm afraid I'm not quite sure what you're referring to in your question. You mentioned having a URL that lets you create and follow a ticket without an account, but the ticket was not actually created?

Could you give us a better picture of the situation? What exactly is the URL that you are referring to, and how it creates/follows the tickets?

hi,

i'm not allowed to give the public url for created a ticket because he is on the internet, so obviously any person can be go on this url. (a security LDAP acces comming soon).

 

So on this picture below, we can create and follow a ticket. But the following fonction doesnt work anymore.

When i try to follow a ticket, i get that :

If you have any idea, or if you already get this problem, please help us.
