Hi @Ana Luiza
from Google Translate:
When using filters to view all open tasks, the filter becomes messy. I want the parent task to appear, followed by its subtasks.
Furthermore, when I download Excel, the parent tasks have their ID number, not their name. I wanted to change that.
I understand that you want to see your issues structured by their parent/child relationships. There's a couple of ways forward:
Hope this helps,
Best,
Hannes
Just to expand on the last point, this is how this would look in the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira:
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a range of advanced features, including the ability to show your issues in their default hierarchy (see above).
The hierarchy is also respected in JXL's Excel export which can be triggered in just one click. It will also show an issue parent by it's full name, not just the ID.
Any questions just let me know!

Hi @Ana Luiza .
Welcome to Atlassian community!
As per my understanding, You just want to export data with the parent summary So you can do it as per your required field. Only you just need to select the right-side column and select the field that you want to add in your Excel sheet insted of ID it will export with the summary. Also you will get one option to do the list view from the right side.
