Filtering multiple projects and epics and child issues / tasks

I am trying to create a filter that will bring my delivery stream epic in from one project, link it to the epic in another project and then show the child tasks that are under that epic.

So it is like this:
Delivery stream epic = RND-9
Epic = UL-13

Tasks associated with UL-13 are UL-53, UL-52 and UL-54

Ive gotten this far after many hours and now Im stumped on how to get it to show the UL-53, UL-52 etc

Any help would be greatly appreciated JIRA filters are fantastic but its a brave new world for me to use and create them.

Thanks

Hi @Tracey Monehan

from reading through your question and the JQL you're currently using, my first reaction would be to suggest

issuekey in (RND-9, UL-13) or parent in (UL-13)

How does that look?

The whole thing should be relatively easy since you seem to "know" RND-9 and UL-13 by issue key. It would be much harder (and very likely require some extra tooling) if these epics would have to be queried dynamically, based on some issue fields on the epics. But that doesn't seem to be the case?

Best,

Hannes

FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  It works thank you so much.  This has made my morning.
