Is it possible to in jira create a Filter to identify any Epics that is either (1) Child Issues of a set Portfolio Epics, OR (2) related to to the same set of Portfolio Epics (Issue Links),
I only manage to get a list of the Children Epics, and Children stories belonging to the Epics with Issue Links to the Portfolio Epic - not the actual related epics.
Need it to build a report of all needed Epics in an initiative spanning over multiple projects and teams
