Filter Subscription Email Not Received

Hi All,

I set up a new filter "In Silico List" to generate a list of issue types, and set up a subscription to email them to all admins every 3 months on the first of the month using the following Cron:

0 0 0 1 /3 ? *

The scheduling timing appears correct in the Last Sent/ Next Sent.

However, no email was received by the admins although JIRA indicates it was sent appropriately.

When I tried to test the subscription by pressing "Run Now", no email is received, but JIRA indicates it was sent. No emails appear in the Mail queue. Test Emails sent from System -> Outgoing Mail are successfully received within moments. The email is not found in the Outlook spam filter or mail filter. "Email this filter, even if there are no issues found" is checked.

How can I correct my settings so that the email for the filter subscription is sent?

The users were never linked to their email addresses in the User Management section.  Correcting this fixed the problem.
