Hi,
I have a requirement where I need to fetch jira teams(with their ids), update those teams and if required even create a new team via rest APIs.
By teams I mean
I checked a few months prior, there wasn't any such API. However, there was some Atlassian conference recently, I did check the releases briefly, however still wanted to confirm whether there's any support for such API .
Any help is much appreciated!
Hi @Disha Trivedi ,
As far as I know, things are unchanged: There still isn't an official API available.
However @Darryl Lee found an undocumented endpoint that might be what you are after. You can check this post for more info: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/How-to-get-all-Teams-in-JIRA-via-the-cloud-rest-api/qaq-p/2347367#M264437
Keep in mind though, that using unofficial APIs is certainly not supported and considered hacking by many.
Hope that helps,
Oliver
