'Features' selection is missing from Project Settings so I can't turn on Roadmaps

Hi, I can not enable "roadmap" as it is missing in my Project settings. I found the same problem - already covered:

But I use Kanban projects and they are next-gen ones, but still there is no roadmap feature anywhere?

Welcome to the community.

Are you using JIRA Cloud or are you using JIRA Server? You post has been tagged as both.

As @John Funk says, Team Managed (Next Gen) projects are available only on JIRA Cloud. If you are using JIRA Server, then it is not possible for you to have created a "next gen" project.

The Project Settings screen that you have shared is what shows for a Company Managed (classic) project in JIRA Cloud, and as the only type of project available for JIRA Software when using JIRA Server. In either case, the "features" option does not apply.

Thanks Trudy, yes we are using Jira server, since January this year, so obviously I have to find another solution for creating a project roadmap.

Hi Assen - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I am confused here as I am not aware of Next-gen (now Team-based) projects being available for Jira Server - they are only for Cloud. Here is the feature request to add them to Server:

And Roadmaps are not being considered for Jira Server. You can see that in this request:
