We are trying to download the backup created in JIRA Cloud.
This backup file is approximately 187GB, but every time it is downloaded to around 20GB, it displays' network error '. And when trying to open the file, it prompts "The file is corrupt".
Our storage space is almost full, so we need to clean it up, but we must first back up all attachments. So I would like to ask if there are any good suggestions for us.
Hi @Zhangyesen,
I would recommend you to reach out to Atlassian support via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and raise a support ticket, so they can help you find a workaround. It looks as if you're running into limitations caused by the size of your backup file.
Hope this helps!
