Failed to add user directory

I have Jira server 7.9.2+ My SQL 5.1 + Windows 2016 standard, Now I successfully installed Jira, and starting to configure the user directories, but only one user in the group of Jira is synced.

Hi Kobe,

Before talking about directory, MySQL 5.1 is not supported for Jira 7.9.x, you have to move forward to any version between 5.5 and 5.7. Here you have the list of supported platforms for your version of Jira.

Regarding to user directories, in order to help you in this task we need more details, what directory are you trying to create?, are you able to attach here the directory configuration details?.
