Facing Distorted View issue since I upgraded Jira from 8.5.5 to 8.13.2

Hi team,

I have been facing distorted view issue on Jira since I upgraded it from 8.5.5 to 8.13.2. I am not sure if other folks are also having same kind of issue post upgradation. Also, I am not sure why this issue is happening. Does anybody have an idea how can I resolve this issue?

Are both the screenshots 8.13? And is the distortion the overlapping in the issue summary fields? Worth checking your announcement banner for any javascript inserted there

Both the screenshots are from 8.13.2. and distortion is happening only in summary field. Also there is no javascript inserted in announcement banner.
