I recently moved my team from a shared Jira Server where we didn't have enough flexibility, to an instance of Jira Cloud. We had the Jira Sever Slack app working just fine prior to the move.
Upon trying to connect our new Cloud project to Slack via the Jira Cloud Slack application, I am consistently getting the following error message:
{"error":{"message":"Something went wrong! Please try again later.","code":"UNEXPECTED_ERROR"}}
This has continued to happen over several days. Has anyone seen this? The Slack integration is definitely helpful in staying abreast on what is happening with the team, so I would hate to lose it.
UPDATE: Completely deleting the Slack Jira Cloud app and then initiating the integration from the project settings seems to have worked to resolve this.
