Error in saving jira configuration

Hi,

i want to save my jira data with the built-in xml program.

The path for the export data is "C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\Jira\export"

After a few seconds the message appears, that the file was succesfully exported, BUT:

in the directory ..\export is no file!

What is wrong here?

PS:

this has functioned properly until one week before. I switched today from trial to commercial licence. Nothing else has changed...

Hi,

there are no hidden folders.

are you using Jira on the hosted server. 

I mean the browser you using and the Jira server on same system ?

i'm so sorry, everything is ok now. We have two installations and i simply confounded them.
