Error 401 re installing ace add app from URL

I have created a add on for JIRA to connect to our app using ace. I have deployed the same add on to ecs with mysql.  I am getting an error while re installing the app
`Installation verification error: 401 clientKey in install payload did not match authenticated client`. This works when I delete the addonsettings row with the same key. Is there anything I should be doing in my /installed route.
