Epic with issue status as done, should not allow the user to link tickets

Currently I am trying to use roadmaps in a project -

I would like -

an Epic whose issue status is done, should not allow the user to add any more stories

But, If I change the epic status as done, then the epic vanishes from road map.

What i want is -

Epic if it is marked as done, it should still show up in the roadmap but not anywhere else

is this possible ?

Epic issue status : Done

Epic status : In progress

Its all tickets are resolved.
