Epic Issues and respective child issues not showing in board

I created a Team-managed project, and on the board I can't see epic issues and respective child issues.

My Epic flag in card detail is already off.

Also if I group issues by Epic, the child issue of my Epic is not showed on the board.

I can see my issues in the Backlog and in my timeline.

How can I fix?

@Davide Astarita  Have you created and started the Sprint ?
Once you start the sprint, then only you can see issues in a board.

I haven't. I don't want to use sprint, I wanted to start a Kanban project. Did I misunderstand something or did I set something wrong in my project?

Thanks for.your answer!

It seems that you enabled Backlog in Kanban Team Managed Project.

You need to move issue from Backlog to Board, then only visible on Board. Screenshot 2023-10-29 225153.png

Yes that was the issue. Thanks!

Should I do it every time I create an issue then ?

Cool! Glad to hear I am able to help you.

Yes, you need to move issues from Backlog >> Board.

Disable Backlog feature from Project settings, then all the issues will be visible on board. Group issue by Epic on Board.

Kindly accept the solution if it works for you. It helps other user facing same issue.
