Hi @SABRINE M -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Two possible causes of that symptom are:

  • The issues were not in the sprint when it started.  You can check that by looking at the burn charts also.
  • The issues in the sprint had no assigned story points when the sprint started

I do not believe either of these can be "fixed" after the sprint has started/completed.

Kind regards,
Bill

Hello @Bill Sheboy thank you :)

Yes it was the story points unfortunately and it can't be fixed .

Thks for your answer :)

Best regards,

Sabrine

Hi @SABRINE M,

Most likely, this could have as a possible cause one of the two cases that @Bill Sheboy mentioned in his previous comment.

But in the unlikely event that this is caused by a problem in the Jira report itself, you could also try using the Team Velocity gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app. It works differently than the Jira reports and is more advanced. Perhaps it displays correct data...

Team Velocity Gadget

The app offers many other gadgets that you will find useful for project tracking. Just have a look over the articles from our blog to make an idea.

I hope this helps.

Danut.

Hello @Danut M _StonikByte_

Yes it was the 2nd issue presented by @Bill Sheboy

Thank you for your answer and your explanation

Sabrine
