ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED OUT on JIRA Data Center.

While we are logging on to datacenter URL using VPN, we are frequently getting this error "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED OUT". On temporary fix Iam re-starting the server every time. But can some one guide me out for the permanent fix for this issue. Thanks.

Hi @Venkata I found this older community article with a similar error.  Looks like there may be some connectivity issues on the network.  Connectivity 

"then you need to look at the differences between what they're doing and what you are (could be different network routes, you're using a vpn, they're on-site near the server while you're remote - all that sort of stuff).  To get you started in this case, I'd start looking at the proxy servers - this error happens a lot when they are misconfigured and set up to listen ok, but not send the responses back to the client!"
