Duplicate when trying to @ mention someone

I am seeing duplicates when i am trying to @ mention one particular person. This user only exists in the system once but is showing there with one email address as well as a normal user.

This issue has been fixed, but I do see a bug that was reported with Atlassian - JRACLOUD-71211 . I would just reach out to Atlassian Support for further investigation.

Thanks - i think i resolved it myself by fixing an email address and waiting for the system to refresh.
