Duplicate/Clone/Copy Existing Board

I've been tasked to duplicate/Clone/Copy the Team Partners Board, all their configurations and what's inside the board. Also, is it possible for the boards to be not seen by the other users? For example below, the Test Board will not be seen by other users same with the Team Boards. Any help/suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi John - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can copy a board by going to the list of all boards in your instance:

https://yourdomain.atlassian.net/jira/boards

Search for the board, then click the 3 dots menu to the right and choose copy. 

Then you can change the underlying filter used by the board by going to Board Settings > General. 

Create a new filter and only share that filter with the persons you want to be able to see the board. Controlling the sharing of the filter controls who can see the board.

Thank you and appreciate your answer. In addition, just want to ask if other users can still view the different cards in a column even though you have created the watchers list for those who can only see it?

Yes, they can see all cards on the board. It's an all or nothing per user unless you are using Issue Level Security.
