Hi,
I added JIRA Cloud to a channel in MS Teams, the filtered list shows up however the Due Date field is blank even though it exists in JIRA. Does anyone has any answer to this ? Thanks in advance.
Hi Deepak,
The issue is about getting it displayed, not creating issue with due date. I figured a workaround which is to use a custom field. Now having a different issue trying to build a JQL with the custom date field but that's a topic of another thread.
Hi Bee,
Welcome to Community!!
JIRA issue creation form contains only standard set of fields (Project, Issue Type, Summary, Description, Priority, Assignee). In case there is any REQUIRED field on create issue screen, that does not belong to the list of predefined fields mentioned above, it will not be possible to create JIRA issue within Tab and the following error will appear: “(field name) is required”
So if Due Date is required on your form, I am afraid you will not be able to create issues from Teams.
