Not seeing any similar issue to this.
I can NOT view issues on the Kanban board. The Kanban board Done column says 1 Issue
But when I go into Configure Board, the Done column says 13 Issues.
I can view these 12 other done issues by clicking within the Kanban Done column 'See all done issues'.
What am I missing on how to get these Done issues visible on the Kanban board?
There are no quick filters, I'm the admin and all the issues have exactly the same fields completed.
Hello @BB
Welcome to the Atlassian community!
Based on the screen images, I suspect that you are working with a Team Managed project. Is that correct? That information will show at the bottom of the navigation panel on the left.
If you are working with a Team Managed project, the issues that have been Done for 14 days or longer will be automatically hidden from view on the board. This is not a configurable option in Team Managed projects. That is documented here:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-21257
It is a configurable option in Kanban boards for Company Managed projects.
