Hello, @Rahmat Ali ;

Maybe the final status of the disappeared issues are not mapped in the done colum. Have you verified it?

Welcome to the Community!

Issues drop off boards for different reasons, it depends on the type of board, the type of project and what the board selection criteria are.

Before we can explain (or "debug") this, we need a bit more information.

You have labelled this with "Cloud", can you confirm that?  (To save a bit of noise, we will assume it is right unless you explicitly say it's Server/DC, and to check it, look at the url - if it ends with .atlassian.net , you're on Cloud)

Next, is this a Scrum board, a Kanban board, or a Business/Work Management board?

Ok, so a Kanban board drops issues when you tell it to - there's a "release" button at the top of the column that puts a version on the issue to say it's done with.

However, that's not always the way people configure it, you can use other criteria than "has a version set".  You'll need to go to the board settings (general tab) and look at the two filters it has - what do the "filter query" and the "Kanban board sub-filter" say?

Hi @Rahmat Ali ,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

Are you working as Jira Admin or Board Admin ?

I think you need to check Board Settings. Could you please check this guide with column configuration - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-columns/ ?
