Do we have to deprovision the users manually without Atlassian access?

If we do not use Atlassian Access, does that mean the users will need to be deprovisioned manually?

Hi Varsha,

Yes, you will need to manually deprovision (deactivate) a user if you are not using Atlassian Access or there is no connection to Active Directory.

If an individual with Jira access leaves or no longer needs Jira access then yes, you would deactivate their account

  • Would the deprovisioning need to be done manually, if I do not use Atlassian Access?
  • What will be the case if there are many JIRA users?
