Threaded comments are not supported by the Jira Cloud features, but there is an app which implements them: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217033/threaded-comments?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Hi @Tamar Peer We use the Ugubi Threaded Comments app mentioned above. It works pretty well.

I assume your are asking about an option to reply to an existing comment and as such create a discussion thread?

If so, that is currently not possible. There is a feature request open for it though, that - while not on the short term roadmap - has been recognised as a valuable improvement. You can track it here: JRACLOUD-3406.
