Simple question, I have created my plans for roadmap and want to show a progress bar or for each project side by side nothing is obvious. We have defined as features.

Hello Mark and welcome to the Community!
Ideally, you'll want to track the progress of your epics within the roadmap as projects will contain multiple epics/stories/issues (If you tracked it per project and added a new Epic it would detract from your progress at the top level). With this said, we would suggest reviewing the following to enable progress bars for your epics:
