Will all "Releases" always show up on the (single) Project Roadmap?
(not using the Advanced Roadmap feature, yet)

It looks like only some of the "Releases" are displayed...

how do we ensure we see relevant releases on the Roadmap view?

Hi @Dan Friedman and welcome to the Community!

Your question seems to suggest that not all releases you expect are there. Having checked the documentation and playing around a bit, I see every single release I create appear on the roadmap view. Maybe a couple of things to check:

  • since releases are mapped to the timeline, the (expected) release date must be filled out in order to make it display. If that information is missing, it can't be mapped to the timeline obviously;
  • I noticed your screenshot is in quarterly view. I don't know if you have many releases scheduled closely together and I don't know how Jira renders this if it just becomes too much information. Should that be the case, have a look if your releases appear in month or week view.

Hope this helps!
