Is there a startup flag that essentially does the same thing as turning off a specific health check in the UI via Troubleshooting and Support Tools? (Application Links Health Check or Attachments Health Check for example.)
Why do we want to automate this on startup? Our sandbox instance is refreshed from our production instance weekly. This leads to us having to disable the health checks that don't apply to the sandbox every Monday morning.
Why don't we just disable all? We do care about SOME of the health checks (Free Space for example).
@Mike Schultz You can turn off specific modules in the Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools app. I would recommend against this as they provide valuable information on your systems health.
