We've been using the Next Gen project format since they came out in October, and using the Zendesk Support integration to great effect. Did they just drop off the issues in the Next Gen projects?
I've checked our Zendesk Support where it's installed and it has all of our projects enabled. However, when I look at the "Apps" in the Project Settings, I do not see it, nor do I see the information being pulled in on any of the Next Gen issues.
It does, however appear on the "classic" issues.
One thing I have not done, as I didn't want to lose all my Zendesk connected issues, was uninstall and reinstall.
Any idea what is going on? Was is something I did perhaps?
