Hi All

I have created a new Scrum template project and configured all the GitLab settings in the project. The issue is, when I am creating a branch with the JIRA-ID as the branch name, it is not reflecting in the issue Development section. Whereas the code commits and merge requests are visible in the issue ticket.

In another project, all settings were working fine. I could see the development section on the right and with all branch, commit and pull request details.

Can someone share what am I missing here?

Hello @swetank,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Thank you for sharing the screenshots.

I can see that you are using a team-managed project where there are different permissions for the development panel.

Can you please go to Project settings > Permissions and check who has permissions for “View development tools”?

By default, on a Cloud free site, it’s “Any logged in user”, but your site was downgraded from Standard to Free, so it’s important to check the permissions.

You mentioned that it works on another project, is the other project a team-managed one?

Kind regards,
Angélica

Thank you for sharing, @swetank.

Can you please go to Project settings > Development tools and check if GitLab is listed there?

Also, is the add-on GitLab.com for Jira Cloud installed?
