Description Field is uneditable when there's only attachment added to the field

When description is empty and we attempt to add a single attachment, the entire description field will not be able to edit. Is there anyone facing the same issue?

That is an unusual behaviour. Does the issue persist if you switch to the old view of Jira as well? I worry the problem is you cannot hit the edit section of description field after the attachment is added.

Another option is if you have the description field in your edit screen does clicking Edit in the issue view allow you edit the field value?

Hi @Ismael Jimoh ,

After further testing, I found that it is not editable when it is a CSV file. Further trial is running still in running. All test are running in New View.
