1) Default pull request desc is not configured
- create pull request
- observe that the description field is filled with comments from the commits.
2) Default pull request desc is configured
- create pull request
- observe that the description field is filled with content set in the pull request desc.
Is there a way to pull the comments from the commits into the default pull request description?
