Hi, I don't understand why the account was deactivated. I can't even write to support from this account. Can you help?
We are located in Ukraine. Works with partners from Russia, so we can use Russian VPNs
I'm pretty sure that working with Russian VPNs is what is causing this problem.
You could try reaching out the Atlassian support with this new account and ask them.
