Hi @Chiara Spadavecchia ,

You can use the company I work for, Unito, to sync data between projects! To know which specific data you can transfer, you can take a look here. As Trudy mentioned, it would be helpful to know specifically which data you want to be shared, so I could better answer your question. I hope this helps, regardless!

Hello @Chiara Spadavecchia

Can you provide more details on what you mean by "sharing" data between projects? What are you trying to accomplish with the sharing of data?

For example: releases can be shared? What else?

Please provide more information.

What types of projects are you working with - Classic or Next Gen?

Releases cannot be truly "shared" between the Projects when you are talking about Classic Projects. Each Classic Project has its own list of Releases. Multiple Classic Projects may use the same values for their Release names, but those Releases are not really being shared by the projects. In the database, each release in each Classic project has a unique ID, even if the names are duplicated across projects.

In that regard, no "data" is shared between Classic projects except for items that are defined globally (such as Users and Labels) and configuration schemes (such as Permission schemes and Workflow schemes and Fields).

If you provide more information about what you are trying to accomplish with "sharing" data between projects, perhaps we can provide you with more informative responses to help you achieve your goal.

Hi Chiara,

It can't be "shared" between projects, meaning the value is stored in one and shows up in another. But you can easily copy data over from one project to another.
