This problem is missing from my colleagues. I try to clear my cookies, local-session storage, logout/login and combinate all of them. But I cant fix it. Can you help?

Below is the text: App is not responding. This probably means that the "Timesheet" App is not currently working in the Cloud instance. I think this is the "plugin" of the 3rd developer. So the failure of the App Timesheet developer may be to blame.
Your Jira administrator can try writing a Vendor plugin for some help.
