Dashboard Migration from DC to Cloud

Hi ,

We have Migrated Jira from DC to cloud recently via Site Import.

i can see all the Filters are Migrated Properly , but some Dashboards are not migrated.

Users are again creating them Manually. is there way to restore them in cloud ? or we have to create again them Manually.

Hi @CHINNAMUTHEVISAI_SATYANARAYANASHARMA,

As from JCMA version 1.6.2, there is a dark feature available that supports dashboard migration. That it is a dark feature usually means it is still experimental functionality and it is important to consider it as such.

Have a look at this support article to learn more about what it does and how it works. Instructions on how to enable the feature are also referenced in the article.

Hi Walter,

 

we have done migration through Site import not through JCMA
