When I click 'Complete Sprint', the 'DONE' tickets are not marked as 'Complete'. So the issues stay in the next Sprint. They should no longer be visible in the next Sprint. How do I fix this?
Thanks for the help!
Hi @Niels Corver ,
this is because the DONE column needs to be the last one on the right side of the board for Jira to consider that its issues are completed in the Sprint.
Once you change this, you will be able to complete the sprint.
Let me know if this helps,

Yes, it works. Thanks @Alexis Robert .
This is very interesting to know. I think if the issue resolution is marked done then Sprint should consider it Complete.

why is it not reflecting the workflow status? I have status "done" and "obsolete", both are defined as status done in my workflows, but ending a sprint does ignore that status and only go by columns?!
How should I handle user stories that are obsolete, not implemented or whatever kind of "no result" status you prefer?
Best regards,
Hagen
