Customize the Jira Login-page

Hello team,

I want to customize jira login page, instead of contact jira administrators, I want to add some other link to it. 

I have tried making changes in the /opt/atlassian/jira/includes/ loginform.jsp. But somehow I could not achieve it.

Can you please help me with this?

Please note that those changes are not covered by Atlassian Support by any means and you would have to re-check and re-apply them on every upgrade of Jira.
