Custom Field Not Rendering

I have tried looking into past issues that seem similar, but couldn't find something that solved this.

I have two custom fields that are "Text Field (multi-line)" type. I recently changed them from Default to Wiki Style Renderer. But when I create or edit an issue, those fields are still viewing as if Default is still selected.

I have a couple other custom fields I created a while back, and they are Wiki Style and showing correctly. So I'm not sure what the difference is. I've tried going through all settings between the custom fields and everything seems to be set up the same way.

Is this already an issue that is being worked on? Jira Field Config - Epic Objective.pngJira edit field.png

The most common problem is that the field configuration scheme for the Jira project is not applying the expected field configuration to your test issue. Double check that the issue type and field configuration are as expected.

Then test with a simple piece of Wiki markup before testing with links. Good luck!

Are these images what you are referring to? It seems like it's all set up correctly. Is there something else I should look at?
