Hi Team,

We are planning to upgrade our current JIRA 8.20.12 server type to latest version 9.11.2. Is it possible to upgrade now? because we have information that , support for Server products ends on Feb. 15, 2024. 

Please advice us , how to proceed?

Hi @Devendar Gangapuram yes, you can still upgrade your software to the latest Jira Server version.

Atlassian Support for Jira Server ends in February. but you still can take advantage of the upgrade until then.  

Going forward, you and your team will need to decide if you're going to stay where you are at, move to the Data Center, or migrate to the Cloud.

Here's some information on some options for you: journey-to-cloud 

Atlassian also has migration tools that you can use.  If your site chooses to migrate to the cloud, the migration assistant is already installed in your release, so you wouldn't need to upgrade for that purpose.
