Saludos

Hola @Juan Gregorio Toro Ramirez ,

Hello,

When a user is deactivate in Jira Cloud the tasks they created remain in the Jira product.

Any existing user that had access to those tasks will continue to have access to those tasks. There should not be a need to change the issues unless Issue Security has been implemented so that access to them is restricted to the person who created them.

When a user leaves the company, what happens to the tasks I manage?

Hello, when a user who is part of one or several projects in Jira and who has created many tasks, Epicas ETC, and leaves the company, what happens to those tasks, how can the permission be passed to another user to access them? ?

Thank you very much in advance if you can help me
