I need to format links in my comments with issues in Jira.
Often, using Ctrl K or the External Link drop-down selection fail. Ctrl K brings the Chrome address bar into focus and Chrome want to know where i want to go.
The External Link selection inserts "http://example.com" wherever my cursor is.
Switching to JEditor doesn't help. Switching between Visual and Text input doesn't fix the problem. This is worthless. I normally need simple text with a complicated URL link underneath. Exposing the URL is not helpful to the readers, they only need the title for context.
Again, this is random. Sometimes Jira works correctly. But often, it does not.
