Kindly, i would like to understand better the "Task" item.
I see that when creating a ticket, you can select different type, one of them is "task".
There is a possibility to customise this item? Like "General Task", "Commercial Task" or "Support Task"
This is called editing Issue type, don't edit the default which Jira provides
Add a new Issue type and associate it with the Issue type scheme which your Jira Project uses
